If you are receiving one of these errors on a Windows computer, the AI model and the program itself are not communicating with one another:
Model Unavailable or Corrupt (TF)
Model Unavailable or Corrupt (NX)
Model Unavailable or Corrupt (with no error code)
NOTE: If you see Model Unavailable or Corrupt (VINO FP32) or any VINO code in parentheses, you can disregard that message. It will not affect your use of the program and will be removed in a future version of the software.
These errors can be caused by several things, such as a corrupt installation, a registry issue, or a permission conflict between programs (when used as a plugin).
On Windows, the first step will be to manually delete the program in four locations as shown in the video above, and then reinstall the program with a new installer.
You'll want to delete DeNoise AI from these two folders:
- C:\Program Files\Topaz Labs LLC\ - delete the Topaz DeNoise AI folder
- C:\ProgramData\Topaz Labs LLC\ - delete the Topaz DeNoise AI folder
If the program is not located in these places then you may have a custom or more unusual install configuration delete it from the folders where you know you installed it, or reach out to our support team for assistance.
You'll also want to want to delete the two DeNoise AI folders in your Windows Registry:
- HKEY_CURRENT_USER >> SOFTWARE >> Topaz Labs LLC >> Topaz DeNoise AI
- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE >> SOFTWARE >> Topaz Labs LLC >> Topaz DeNoise AI
You can find your Windows Registry Editor using the Windows search tool in your desktop taskbar:
Once successfully deleted, reinstall the newest version DeNoise AI you own from your www.topazlabs.com account under Purchased Products.
If you continue to experience an issue after completing these steps, please reach out to our support team for additional assistance.
