Below are some Possible Reasons your Adjust AI may be crashing. If the reason does not apply to you please skip it and go to the next possible reason.
1. Special Characters in your UserName
If your Adjust AI is crashing at 1% it may be because there are special characters in your filename.
We have not yet updated all of our third party libraries to support international character sets.
You have two options to get your Adjust AI back up and running.
1. Rename your user account to have no special characters in it.

2. Create a new user with no special characters in the username and run Gigapixel only from that username
This is kind of a pain because you are going to have a new account that you will use just to run Adjust AI for until we get out a fix for this, so you are probably better off going with option 1. But just in case you prefer this method, here are links to the instructions for how to do that.

Create a user account in Windows 8.1 and Windows 7
2. You are running Windows Pro
If you are running Windows Pro, please copy this folder:
C:\Users\YOUR_USERNAME\Roaming\Topaz Labs\Topaz Adjust AI
and make a matching folder at:
C:\Users\YOUR_USERNAME\AppData\Local\Topaz Labs\Topaz Adjust AI
Look for your actual username instead of YOUR_USERNAME in the folder path.
Your program assets in your Topaz Adjust AI folder have been installed to Roaming and they need to be in Local for your program to find them.
Run Adjust AI again to confirm or deny if the problem has gone away.
